Returns
We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and in new condition
- Free of odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
- Original tags still attached
How to Request a Return
All return requests must be submitted through our website. Please visit our returns page and follow the instructions to initiate your return. We are unable to accept returns that have not been pre-approved.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s). Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase. Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
